If you have pelvic organ prolapse (rectocele/ cystocele/uterine prolapse) go see Liz Miracle. I didn’t fully recover from a vaginal delivery. Doctors told me I could get surgery after I was done having kids, but I saw that the re-op rate is high. In the mean time the docs said I could wear a pessary to feel more normal.
SO, I went to see Liz 3 times and now: *** I’m totally back together again!!*** I’m shocked at how easy it was. 3 sessions of PT vs a lifetime of plastic surgeries down there, as if you need to think about that. Please for your own sake go to her, it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
I loved Liz too – her positive attitude about the issue was like water in a desert! She was earnest but light-hearted, professional, and most importantly EFFECTIVE.

For many years I struggled with pelvic floor dysfunction and pain. I thought something was really wrong with me. After consulting four doctors I finally made it to see Liz Miracle. I went from ouch to awwwww! Now I can sit for longer periods and I don’t have to run to the restroom as often. Hooray for my wonderful therapist, Liz you rock….. thanks so much for your encouragement and working with my crazy schedule!

Pelvic floor rehabilitation is one of the best things I’ve done for myself and also for my relationship. I have struggled with pain with insertion for several years. Before going to see Liz Miracle I had been to see two other physical therapists in the Bay Area and had also had two surgeries. Liz was able to work a miracle. I was only able to see her for a few short months, and in that time we made leaps and bounds. Her techniques were extremely effective and different from my previous experiences.
I now have less pain and anxiety. Liz is such a professional and extremely nice. She made me feel perfectly comfortable in a situation that might be embarrassing for some. I highly recommend going to see her – even if you have tried other therapists and haven’t seen results, give Liz a try. I know how frustrating it can be to live your life in pain. She can really help make a difference.

I cannot begin to describe what an amazing experience I had. I just cannot say enough. For what could have been very uncomfortable therapy visits, Liz’s professionalism and awesome personality made them one of my favorite things to do. SERIOUSLY! – Liz’s expertise changed my life – less bathroom breaks and a revelation for my fiancé and I. For those of you stumbling on this review considering seeing Liz please do not hesitate; she knows what she is doing!
Even when my urologist was puzzled, Liz set me up with the tools to ask for the correct tests, etc. I actually cried on my last appointment because I was so overwhelmed with how much life had changed for me after only a few months with Liz. She also set me up with some tools and exercises that I could do at home on an ongoing basis. I’d say, don’t walk, RUN to her. Thank you Liz!

I went to see Liz about 9 months after a normal childbirth with no specific issues beside mild bladder control issues when sneezing/coughing (mild pelvic floor dysfunction). I mentioned this to my OB only because I come from a country where every woman gets free pelvic floor rehab after vaginal delivery, so that was my expectation. . . Liz made me feel totally comfortable discussing any matter, assessed my situation (pelvic floor was indeed a little weak) and showed me how to exercise the specific muscles that needed strengthening.
Oversight by a pro is invaluable, I discovered I had been doing Kegels “wrong” for months. They weren’t useless but they weren’t properly targeted at the right muscles. She really knows her stuff, and manages to explain it quite clearly to the layman. I had 3 visits over the course of 2 months and am in a much better shape now able to continue exercising on my own.
