Elizabeth Miracle MSPT, WCS

Liz Miracle is the owner of Miracle Physical Therapy where she enjoys helping women prepare their pelvis’s for birth and serving those suffering from diastasis rectii, pelvic girdle pain or pelvic floor dysfunction resulting in pain with intercourse, incontinence, and many other diagnosis.

She received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University and holds a specialization in women’s health (WCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor for the University of California San Francisco’s School of Physical Therapy.

Liz holds a Certification in Pelvic Physical Therapy from the American Physical Therapy Association (CAPP) and is currently on the committee revising the certification courses and assists in teaching these courses around the country to other therapists seeking this accolade. She is one of only three pelvic physical therapists in California and the only one in San Francisco who holds both a CAPP and WCS distinction.

As a member of the Mommas Resource Network she is able to connect with other professionals in her field to provide resources to support her patients and their families.  She is steadfast in her quest to educate the general public and future practitioners about the delicate topic of pelvic floor dysfunction in order for women to understand that they can begin to live, play and work without embarrassment or pain.  To learn more about her professional qualifications please visit her Linked-In page.
